Meet Erica Prevell
I’m Erica Prevell, creative practitioner, author, and visual strategist. I bring both strategic insight and creative depth to everything I do. I spent over 20 years climbing the corporate ladder without children. I know what it’s like to be ambitious, successful on paper, and still feel like you’re running on empty.
After two decades in healthcare leadership, an MBA, and all the “right” boxes checked, I hit a wall. I took almost a year off, not because I wanted to, but because my body and spirit made it clear I couldn’t keep going the way I was. That pause changed everything. I realized I didn’t just want success that looked good, I wanted success that felt good.
My faith reminded me what real rest is. Matthew 11:28 says, “Come to me, all you who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest.” God designed us for rest. Even He rested on the seventh day. That verse isn’t about simply taking a nap; it’s an invitation to return to a deep, soul-level rest. That truth reshaped how I live and now, how I lead others.
Now, I create work that invites ambitious women professionals, leaders, and entrepreneurs without children at home to reclaim their time, energy, and creative expression. Because I know how easy it is to let ambition run the show while rest, joy, and creativity get pushed aside.
Here’s what that looks like in my world:
Writing reflections that reveal the blind spots of ambition and remind women that rest and creativity aren’t “nice to haves”, they’re access points back to themselves.
Creating digital experiences & workshops that help women reconnect with time, ease, and rest, without losing their ambition.
Partnering with mission-driven founders to refine their brand visuals so how they show up finally feels aligned and intentional.

Whether I’m sharing a story, developing a creative wellness project, or shaping a brand’s visual identity, my mission is the same: to make success less exhausting and more aligned with who you are, not just what you do.
And when I’m not working? You’ll probably find me walking the beach here in Florida, cooking up a new vegetarian dish, or getting lost in something artistic. In addition to my relationship with God, these activities keep me grounded, joy-filled, and connected to myself, the same kind of connection I want for every woman I work with.
If you’re ready to stop overdoing and start living in a way that blends ease and ambition, you’re in the right place.
