A Different Way of

Working, Living & Creating

You've spent years building success. My work isn't about giving you another copy-and-paste approach to life. It's about helping you become curious about your own life again. Through lifestyle redesign and creative wellness, I create spaces and experiences that help you intentionally shape a life and body of work that actually fit you.

Lifestyle Redesign & Creative Wellness

You've built a successful career. My work is about helping you become just as intentional about the life you're building around it.

Through lifestyle redesign, creative wellness, and practical strategy, I create spaces and experiences that help ambitious women stop looking for another copy-and-paste approach to life and start getting curious about what actually fits this season of their lives.

Explore Brand Visual Strategy

For women founders and creative brands who have outgrown how they currently show up, and are ready for their visuals to match the level they’re operating at.

Whether you need clarity, refinement, or a completely new direction, this is where your brand starts to look and feel like you.

The Story Behind the Work

I used to think changing jobs would solve the problem.

It didn't.

Because what I was carrying wasn't tied to one role or one company. It was years of measuring my life by what I could produce, solve, manage, and carry.

When I finally stepped away after more than 20 years in healthcare leadership, I realized something I couldn't ignore.

I had become incredibly good at paying attention to work.I wasn't paying nearly as much attention to my own life.

That realization changed everything.

It led me to explore creativity in a completely different way, not as something to be good at or productive with, but as a way to become curious again. Curious about what I enjoyed. What mattered to me. What actually fit the season of life I was in.

That journey became the foundation of my work.

Today, I create spaces, experiences, and practical strategy for ambitious women who are ready to stop looking for another copy-and-paste approach to life and start getting curious about their own.

Because I don't believe most women need another blueprint.

I think they need permission, thoughtful guidance, and space to notice what they've been overlooking all along.
