The Story Behind the Work

My career began in healthcare, and after spending years climbing the corporate ladder, leading teams, and gaining success, burnout stopped me in my tracks. That shift changed everything. That experience became the foundation for how I live and create today, through rest, creativity, and easeful ambition.

Now, I create work for ambitious women, especially those without kids at home, who are ready to stop paying with exhaustion as the cost of ambition. My work explores what it means to live, work, and create with ease through storytelling, workshops, digital experiences, and creative reflection.

I also support wellness and creative founders through visual strategy, refining the look and feel of their brands so they can show up with clarity and confidence.
